Two-story residence on top of two level basement. Garages, multi-purpose room, squash court, exercise and spa, are all placed at basement levels. The home also includes a guest house building, which is a one-story structure placed on top of a concrete basement. The basement area also includes an indoor swimming pool. Construction consisted of poured-in-place concrete walls, steel framing with composite concrete steel deck for basement floors, one way concrete slab for guest house floor and wood framing on top of all basements. 14,000 sq. ft. conditioned areas, plus 6,000 sq. ft. unconditioned areas. 3,000 sq. ft. guest house.
